• How do I change the language? Settings (gear icon) → Language. English, Español, and Polski are available.
• How do I make the text bigger? Settings → Text Size. It applies across the WELL Check and settings screens.
• My recipes don't match my diet. Update your preferences in Settings → Food preferences. The daily picks, recommendations, and games all respect them.
• Is my WELL score shared with anyone? No — it stays on your device unless you explicitly request a dietitian screening. See our privacy policy.
